U.S. Terms of Use

1. Platform Role

OffPeakGo operates a marketplace that connects customers with merchants offering services during off-peak hours. OffPeakGo is not the merchant providing the booked service.

2. U.S. Availability

U.S. marketplace payments and merchant onboarding are available only when OffPeakGo has enabled the U.S. platform in production. Until then, U.S. payment flows may be blocked.

3. Accounts, Bookings, And Payments

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Payments are processed through Mollie or another approved payment service provider. Refund, cancellation, and merchant payout rules are shown during checkout or in the relevant merchant/customer dashboard.

Content submitted by users — reviews and comments, reports, photos, service names and descriptions, merchant profile descriptions and details — is sent to OpenAI, acting as a service provider on our behalf. OpenAI processes the content submitted solely for the moderation and service-security purposes described in the U.S. Privacy Notice. That processing is necessary to provide and secure the platform and is covered by acceptance of these terms.
